Can anyone reccomend fashinable shoe shops in London for size 13 feet?

Shoe shopping in England is a nightmare for me as high street shops don't snormally stock size 13 trainers. and the ones that do are really ugly or unfashionable. Does anyone know of any nice shops in London or parts of England to get trainers/loafers that are fashionable for a 23 year old dude?

A friend of mine is a giant and he buys all his stuff from the Netherlands. OK, it's not England, but not too far and it's worth it because, as I understand it, the Netherlands is the land of giants, there are many tall people there. You can justify the trip if you buy a few pairs and some other hard-to-get items duty-free of course.

2000 chevy blazer over heating?

my blazer seems to be over heating whenever i turn on the a/c, the temp Gage usually sits at the mid Point of the Gage. but after awhile it would start to go past that point and when i check my recovery bottle its empty. and now the recovery bottle is empty even if i don't run the a/c but thGagege wont reflect any over heating. also sometimes the gage would read normal until i shut the car off and restart it the needle then heads towards hot

The cause of this could be several things. I would first recommend you take it to a certified mechanic and get a free quote on how much it would cost to fix it. Now that the disclaimer has been made here is what I think it is. You overheating is due to many problems that have built up over the years. The ac coming on is not your problem in most cases but will use the motor more and put more strain on the motor which causes overheating at times.

Here is a list of what is most likely the problem:
Head gasket
Leak in radiator or hot water hose
water pump

I would also replace these items:
Temp gauge
Temp sensor
Temp Thermostat

If you have to keep adding water - this needs to be taken to a mechanic.

Where can i get womens nike high top dunks and nike court force high premium shoes.?

Where can I find a pair of Adidas Predator PowerSwerve XTRX Soft Ground Rugby Boots in size UK 11?

I was searching for a new pair of rugby boots that were suitable for the fullback position. I checked yahoo and a guy said that these were good. I looked them up and they were perfect. But now i can't find them in the right size! Anyone know?

They are actually football boots they might say predator rugby but i bought them from a football site and they cost £130! When they were brand new i wore them to play against delting a football team in shetland and they left me with no blisters at all really good 'football boots'.

Getting A Full Range Of Motion Working Out At Home

Want a simple way to work out at home and still get a full range of motion for your body? Take a couple of light-weight dumbbells and start randomly moving them around. It really is that easy. By keeping the weight light, you can somewhat exaggerate the movements, thus ensuring you are getting a full range of motion. By using dumbbells in this way, you are getting additional cardiovascular and strength training work, and having some fun doing it.

And working out at home this way is totally adaptable to your ability level and your schedule. As you improve, simply increase the amount of weight while you move your body around and move faster as you warm up. This exemplifies the three qualities of movement; distance, direction, and velocity, and how you can effectively increase all three. This is the Vitalogy style of movement and it is recommended that you play some of your favorite music while doing it.

Life is all about getting a full range of motion; it determines your ability to function and express all your senses. Strength training and cardiovascular means putting your muscles, heart, and lungs through a range of motion. Whispering or shouting, opening or closing your eyes, listening to quiet or loud sounds are other examples of range of motion. Maintaining your range of motion is what keeps you young because it facilitates your human instinct to stretch. This is how a lot of daily stiffness can be taken out of the body without having to resort to taking pills or having to compromise your daily experience.

Now, when working with dumbbells, as an excellent variation, put your body into temporary poses, becoming stationary a moment or two, then switching to another position and holding that one a few moments. This helps vary your routine and works on maintaining your balance and coordination too. More range of motion means less pain and stiffness, added flexibility, and a greater, more thorough use of your muscles. It will improve your overall posture, which gives you more efficient use of your energy.

By using light weight, you can easily and safely put your body into positions that give it a great stretch and work muscles you don't ordinarily use in daily life. Working out the Vitalogy way a few minutes here and there will expand your range of motion by creating a lot of movement in a short amount of time. This is how you work smart instead of hard.

If you go to a gym, use the cables and vary the movement incrementally while using light weight; it's exceptional for making your whole body work as a unit, which it must do in daily life all the time; instead of exclusively isolating specific muscle groups. Unless you are specifically training for an athletic event, say like running a 10K, it frankly makes no sense to work out exclusively isolating specific muscle groups. Nothing in daily life works like this. Think about it. Just to lift a simple object and place it somewhere else requires many different muscles to work together, so train and exercise your body the same way.

As a personal fitness trainer who has worked on Olympic and professional athletes, I want to emphasize the distinction between being athletic, which refers to someone in good shape and active with their body, say a recreational runner, and an athlete, say a football player, for example: Someone engaged in ultra high intensity and long duration physical activity every day. Being athletic is something that is part of your lifestyle; being an athlete is a total way of life.

Another difference between athletes and the rest of us is that they are much more efficient when they move their bodies. Little if any energy is wasted. This is precisely the same thing that happens to the rest of us when we walk and sit properly and pay attention to our posture. Why waste energy if you don't have to? In the gym, adjustments must be made for age and the reality that some of us may be athletic, but that is a far cry from being an athlete. Most of the troubles involve enough time spent warming up, stretching, and properly cooling the body down. Also the weights are often too heavy, and the movements are routinely habitual (the same ones over and over).

Youth presents the opportunity to explore life through the use of the body; to go camping and sleep on the ground, or play basketball and jump up in the air. After age 35 or so most of us, beyond looking good, want our body to be pain-free, and this requires we maintain our physical capacity through non-habitual movement that allows us to keep our bodies released, lengthened, and realigned – the three outcomes of the Vitalogy style of movement. It was a little over two years ago that the industry saw the first 'designer phone' for sale in the UK market, it was the Motorola V3i D&G, a hybrid model produced between the manufacturer Motorola and the designer company Dolce and Gabanna. It was a gold coloured phone that made it stand out amonst other models and was branded with the D&G logo on the reverse.

This particular handset created a buzz among mobile enthusiasts and saw good sales figures for Motorola, the next phone to be produced after a collaboration between a manufacturer and designer outfit was the ever popular LG Prada phone, the LG KE850. This was slightly different from the Motorola offering as it was not an existing model that had been branded but a new model that was only available as the Prada phone.

Many more new designer phones are now being launched with Mandarina Duck, Ted Baker and Bang & Olufsen all now having models available and new offerings from Giorgio Armani and Porsche coming soon. Some of these handsets are collaborations between the major manufacturers and the designer company such as the Bang & Olufsen and Ted Baker with Samsung, whereas other are handsets that will launch with no mention of the manufacturer but instead just simply show the brand name and logo of the designer.

This could potentially cause some confusion for consumers as existing models already heavily promote their specifications and features widely, these new handsets will have to be researched thoroughly to get the exact specifications on offer.

An example of this was a collaboration between Vodafone and Mclaren Mercedes for the Mclaren Samsung Z720, although it was marketed as a Z720 model it did not hold the same features as some had been removed like the built-in flash for the onboard camera.

Part of a Limited Collection of Designer Mobile Phones that are exclusive to The Carphone Warehouse is denim giant Levi Strauss & Co's first Levi's branded mobile phone, designed by Modelabs, the French design house based in Paris.

Unique in its design, the Levi's phone can be customised in 500 ways to add your own personal touch making it yours.

The casing is made from stainless steel with a patterned finish which like their denim is tough, resilient and sexy and will be available in Shiny Silver and Shiny Sand variants with a mirrored screen for the Ladies and Metallic Silver, Black and Brown Copper Brown for the Gents.

The Levi's Mobile Phone is equipped with a 2 mega pixel camera with video record, MP3 Player, 1.8 inch LCD display screen, 40MB memory with microSD card expansion and comes with Stereo Bluetooth Wireless Technology.

Aimed at a younger fashion conscious generation, the Levi's phone comes with its own detachable chain which can be used to safely secure the handset to your bag or jeans so you always know where it is and accessories such as authentic leather and 'red label' holders will ensure that it remains scratch free and in perfect condition.
