Stiletto Heel Pump
Stiletto Heel Pump
What stiletto heel shoe size will fit for a guy?
I love high heels especially stilettos, i want to buy a 6 inch stiletto pump to wear like around my house and to go to grocery stores, what shoe size will fit me? I wear a shoe size 10 in mens tennis shoes. Which size will fit me if i wear stiletto pumps?
well, womens shoes are often a size smaller than mens, so I'd say about an 11 or a 12. You can go on the net to find shoes that will fit. Have fun!

When feet feel exhausted, painful, and overworked, the soreness can often turn intolerable. Running, dancing, and athletic activities can put enormous stress on our feet, and cause issues with our foot ligaments and muscles. Painful blisters, heel spurs, and shin splints can make even walking a painful undertaking. Nonetheless, there are some choice options that can help soothe painful feet and heal them when done habitually. Here are three ways to make feet recover so you can resume normal activities.
The First Weeks of Training Can Cause Blisters
Blisters are caused by the friction of tight shoes. These sores can emerge on all regions of the foot, but the back of the heel is the most affected site. Since the skin is the body's largest organ, and responsible for being our first defense against germs, a blister ideally should not intentionally be popped. Podiatrists recommend the use of moleskin as an effective choice for protecting a blister to prevent it from popping. If a blister has already popped, it is recommended to clean the area and apply an antibacterial substance. Then, keep the site covered with a bandage.
Shin Splint Pain Can Halt Training
Some athletes and runners can experience a more serious condition involving shin splint pain. This excruciating injury is caused by overuse of the lower leg by strenuous physical activities. The precise origin of the injury is not well understood, but they seem to be caused by injury to a tendon in the leg known as the posterior peroneal tendon. Since this problem also seems to afflict people who experience over-pronation of their feet (this is the tendency of the foot to roll inward), special arch supports in the shoes, known as sports orthotics are extremely helpful.
Treatment for shin splint pain can include icing the area, staying off of it until it is healed, and participating in activities that are low impact such as using a stationary bicycle or swimming. To prevent the injury from recurring, wear sports orthotics when you participatein high-impact sports.
Treating Pain In The Heel With Sports Orthotics
Plantar fasciitis is one of the most painful heel and foot issues to suffer from. Plantar fasciitis occurs when the plantar fascia is stretched excessively thus becoming inflamed, torn, and irritated. A suitable means to treat these conditions early on is with sufficient foot arch support and cushioning, which can be provided by using sports orthotics. Gentle massage of the affected area as well as using ice and getting physical therapy are also helpful.
When your feet and legs experience pain, your body is telling you something important: it needs help. Sometimes, just resting from high-impact exercises for a period of time and wearing sports orthotics is enough. Nonetheless, when more serious conditions develop such as shin splint pain, a doctor should be called in order to appropriately evaluate the problem and provide proper treatment.
