Concert Outfit-- Can't decide on shoes?

alright, heres the deal. I'm wearing a knee length black ruffled skirt, with a short sleeve BLUE top. i'm not sure whether to wear black heels or blue flip flops that have rhinestones on the thong part. The concert is at a local bar/club place, and the guy playing is pretty mellowed out, nothing too wild.
