Why are the heels of my pointe shoes hurting?
When I wear my pointe shoes, my heels are constantly hurting, especially when I jump or do grande jete. The shoes are not the least bit small, and I am wondering how I can minimize the pain. I loosened the drawstring, and I am wondering any other pain relief.

i just got new pointe shoes and they do this but not as badly
fist try losening the elastic
if this doesnt work then you might want to wear them more to get used to it
if still not working then i definatly suggest you get a difforent brand the ones you have might not be for you
