UK GIRLS! Outfit advice please...?

Recently bought some dark brown gladiator platform heels and I just don't know what dress to wear with them!?
I did buy a gorgeous orange ruffle dress from Zara but it's a bit too formal... I'm wanting quite a casual dress but nice enough to go out in. Problem is.. all I have is black dresses?!

Help would be appreciated plus any links to dresses you can recommend
