How should I fix my steel toe boot?
Yeah, I know this is the pets section, but no one ever goes to the maintenance section. Aaaannyywhoooo...
On Friday I kicked some kid really hard and repeatedly in the shins and kneecaps, enough so that the steel toe cap on my boot started coming off. When I got home I just superglued the cap and leather covering back, but Im not sure how permanent this will be, especially if I have to kick someone again soon.
Any help?

Am I forgetting anything for my bird?
I want either an eclectus, panama amazon, or a mini macaw. Here is my list of supplies:
-36 x 24 x 67" Dome top cage
-Fun playstand
-Flat, round wood perch
--Bendable rope perch
-Bendable wood ladder
-Forked sandy perch
-Regular wood dowel perches
-stanless steel food and water dishes
-Make-your-own-toys kit
-Various bird toys with:
-wood
-leather
-rope
-bells
-acryllic
-plastic chains
-toe toys
-nuts
-forage toys
-chain
And of course a well balanced diet and cage litter
-I know I need a first aid kit, but not sure what to put in it?
Right! The cuttlebone is so standard I forgot to add it!
And I meant newspaper by saying litter.
For beak conditioning, nail clipping, etc. I take my birds in for "spa days" to get everything done. And I just use a blanket for a cage cover.
You should have a mineral block or a cuttlebone.
Use newspaper instead of litter. Litter can be ingested and cause blockages in the crop or intestines. It also promotes molds and bacterial growth. Also poop should be monitered frequently which is almost impossible with litter. Also if the litter has odor to it like cedar FORGET it.
How about a cage cover?
I keep cornstarch or flour in a small jar to pack a broken blood feather or nail in case of bleeding. You might want a good book on parrots with first aid tips in it
