What should I wear to this party???!!?

my friend is having a shopping/sleepover party on the weekend. what should i wear?
its winter here, so the air-con will be really cold in the shops, so ill need to wear some sort of jacket.
after the shops, we'll probably muck around her house, run up the street, and visit some people, so i want to be able to not worry about being careful about the position of my clothes, if you get what i mean. (i dont want to have to worry if my dress is caught in my undies, ect.)
i have a million clothes, and im not allowed to buy anything for this party. im willing to wear singlets, shorts, jeans, dresses, floaty tops, thongs (flip-flops), sneakers, ballet flats, gladiators... but i NEVER wear T-shirts and im not allowed to wear heels.
if you just give me the idea, ill work out which colours and stuff.
so: top + bottom, or dress, with what type of jacket and shoes.

wear skinny jeans and cuff them below your knees. If you want to dress up wear some sort of sandal or flat and if you want to dress it down wear sneakers or flip flops. wear a dark colored tank top under a big white (semi-see through) shirt over the tank top and put a brown belt over it on your waist. that would work for either combination of the outfits. for the jacket wear a cropped blue blazer for the fancier outfit and for the more relaxed outfit wear a tight sweatshirt or hoodie.
